St. Lucia Acting Police Commissioner - Errol Alexander has reported an incident free carnival for the year 2015.“The Carnival celebration was excellent,” he said, adding that there were no reports of any serious incidents throughout the two days of festivities. Alexander disclosed that this year the police had agreed with the St Lucia Carnival Bands Association to allow revelry up to 7: 00 PM.
